Coaching the Body™ is based on trigger point therapy and neuroscience using pain hacking techniques to quickly restore muscle strength, function and pain free movement. I work with clients with pain issues such as: Sciatica, SI Joint dysfunction, Hip pain, low back pain, Headaches, Frozen Shoulder, Shoulder, Plantar Fasciitis and Tennis elbow. Sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes in length and don
