It’s been a joy to talk to our patients about the nutrition that’s right for them based on their medical profile. So educating them about nutrition tweaks and swaps that fit their lifestyle and health needs is what we initiate, but having them come back at a later follow-up appointment to gauge their progress, witnessing their amazing advancement along with giving us their new found healthy eating tips IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT!!

This dish covers all the bases for battling metabolic syndrome, that’s the broad umbrella labeling for hypertension, abdominal fat excess, insulin resistance, high triglycerides and elevated lipids.
