☕ New Research Suggests Coffee May Be Good for Brain Health! 🧠

Did you know that enjoying two to three cups of caffeinated coffee a day might be linked with a lower risk of dementia and slower cognitive decline? A recent Harvard Gazette article highlights a long-term study of more than 130,000 people that found those who drank moderate amounts of caffeinated coffee (and even tea!) showed about an 18% lower chance of developing dementia compared with those who drank little or none — and also reported better cognitive function.

Grateful for moments that warm the heart and brighten every smile.

💌 The gentlemen of Pi Kappa Alpha and the lovely ladies of Alpha Chi Omega showed our sweet resident priorities a truly grand time! The evening was filled with youth, energy, laughter, and pure excitement. Watching generations come together in such a joyful way reminds us how special our community truly is.

We are so grateful for the memories made and the smiles shared all evening long. Happy Valentine’s Day! 🌹

We welcomed Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and Alpha Chi Omega sorority for a joyful, intergenerational Senior Sweethearts Ball.
Designed as a Valentine-themed experience, the Senior Sweetheart Ball brought together Rice Estate residents and approximately 60 USC college students for an evening filled with music, dancing, refreshments, photo opportunities, and meaningful conversation.

The event celebrates connection across generations and reflects Rice Estate’s commitment to creating purposeful, engaging experiences for residents.

A huge thank you to SpaMD’s talented esthetician, Lauren King, for stopping by and helping our resident ladies feel even more beautiful as they prepared for the Sweetheart Ball. The smiles, the glow, and the confidence in the room were absolutely priceless.
