Some of us are riddled with pain, loss, betrayal, dysfunction, abandonment………... BUT Unless that is YOUR body, those are not YOUR holes to fill. We each need the:
1. Responsibility
2. Respect AND
3. Reward
That comes from doing the work of our own healing. Don’t absolve OR rob anyone of that.

Quick de-stress technique
1. If you are worried about a situation, write down every part of the situation that you are worried about.
2. Cross out the things that you CANNOT control and then do something about the things that you CAN.

Now you need to be realistic about what you CAN and CANNOT control but sometimes SEEING the factors AND the work that you put in can help you focus your energy while understanding your limitations.
