👀 OMG! I finally found something new growing on the farm!
Forage find of the day, American Amber Jelly Fungus!

This shroom is found on deciduous tree branches in the months Sept-May. It is edible but said to be better in soups due to its very bland taste and jelly like texture.

It works!! My new high blood pressure medicinal routine. 1 mug a day :)

At my last doctor's appointment the NP had concerns about my blood pressure being too high. She prescribed me Lisinopril. (Not going to happen.) I'm trying to stay off meds, so I tried a Hawtjorn & Hibiscus tea this morning and within 2 hours my bp went from 134/89 to 126/86! Hallelujah!
