Howard County Recreation and Parks' Winter 2026 Activity Guide is now available online at www.howardcountymd.gov/recreation-parks/resource/winter-2026-activity-guide! With hundreds of great programs, activities, and events to choose from, there is something for everyone to help chase those winter blues away.

Online registration for Howard County residents begins Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:00 p.m., while online registration for out-of-county resident begins at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 10th.
