On a whim I joined Kellis yesterday at North Century Pharmacy and did a body scan. I honestly had no idea what to expect.
I know I look different than I did 20 years ago. I know I feel different than I did 20 years ago (not necessarily worse—just different). But I was curious… what is actually true about my body?

You know what my results revealed?

That I need to KEEP going.

It showed that prioritizing exercise—especially weight training—is working.
It showed that making protein the anchor in each meal and snack is working.
It showed that keeping a consistent sleep schedule is working.

Could some people have stats “better” than mine? Sure.
Could some have stats “worse”? Also sure.

But that’s not really the point.

This is my body—the one I get to love, care for, strengthen, and heal.

I’d encourage you to go get a baseline sometime. Just information. No shame attached.

Maybe your results will say “keep going.”
Maybe they’ll say “get going.”

Either way… that’s a gift. And it’s never too late to start. 💪
