Grateful for these sisters who brought me November homegrown hydrangeas and continue to come for she shed sessions. All proceeds benefited who support the vulnerable populations of our community that are experiencing homelessness. We started our time with sharing our affirmation cards, alternate nostril breathing, cross body energy work, and palo santo smudging before we dove into the sound journey of various instruments, song, guided meditation, healing touch, tuning forks, essential oil mists, and ended with some chocolate and hot tea in my newly sourced vintage tea set thanks to the guidance of

I’ve had time off hosting in my she shed with recovering from a procedure and last night was a beautiful way to restart with such a moving session. A mother and daughter came with the intention of inviting in comfort and peace after losing their beloved Baby Beckham. We created a little altar for him and my late neice in hopes that their spirits continue to ripple out goodness into the world
