What a great day visiting Bright Beginnings Preschool at Columbia Baptist Church.

I had the privilege of spending Tuesday morning reading as part of Read Across Adair County, and it was truly an honor. There is something powerful about watching young minds lock in, ask questions, and get excited about a story.

We read Dr. Comfy: Zoo Chiropractor by our friend Dr. Paul Ragusa, and the kids stepped up as Dr. Comfy’s awesome assistants. They helped identify each zoo patient, checked them off our list, and proudly shared about their favorite animals. They took their roles seriously and were incredible helpers from start to finish.

Supporting literacy matters. Reading builds discipline, creativity, confidence, and communication skills. It strengthens imagination and fuels a lifelong love of learning. Those early experiences shape how children see the world and what they believe they are capable of.

I am grateful for the opportunity to support Read Across Adair County and thankful to Bright Beginnings Preschool and Columbia Baptist Church for the warm welcome. We believe in investing in the next generation. Encouraging strong minds, strong character, and a love for learning is something we are proud to stand behind.

It’s always a great day when I get to spend time with tyleryoungproshortman, justins_prostrong, and the crew at BG Strength : The Strongest Gym in Town

We were honored to present at Adair County Elementary School’s Spa & Self-Care Night last week.

Dr. Brandon Bennett spoke on the importance of building long-term healthy habits at home, covering pediatric nutrition, the value of movement and play, consistent sleep patterns, and supporting strong emotional health. When families commit to these foundations early, it sets kids up for strength, resilience, and long-term success.

We’re grateful to the staff and families at Adair County Elementary for the opportunity to be part of an event that invests in the health and well-being of our students and families. It’s always a privilege to stand alongside our community and support the strength of our local families.

Galentine’s Night at 313 Maple was everything we believe in at Hometown Chiro & Wellness. We had connection, community, laughter, and lots of amazing people pouring into one another.

We believe health is more than just adjustments and workouts. It’s relationships. It’s emotional wellness. It’s taking time to laugh, connect, and fill your cup with people who lift you up. And that’s exactly what Friday night was.

Seeing so many show up to support local businesses reminds us why we do what we do. Wellness isn’t just something that happens inside our clinic walls. It lives in community, in togetherness, and in showing up for each other.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared conversations, and made it such a fun night. We’re beyond grateful to serve our community that truly values connection and well-being.
