Puradigm® PCO technology works by having light strike a matrix coated with a proprietary blend of metals which creates a
chemical reaction that produces clusters of Oxygen and Hydrogen ions. The positive and negative ion clusters to control/manage/attack airborne and surface pathogens, including viruses, bacteria and mold as well as odor. All Puradigm® solutions have been rigorously tested in both university and real-world setting to ensure the technology is effective, safe and serviceable. Scientific studies completed by Kansas State University have consistently shown the effectiveness of the Puradigm® technology activity against all types of microbiological pathogens including MRSA (Methycillian Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), CRE (Carbapenem-
resistant Enterobacteriaceae) and Influenza as well as bacteria, mold and odor. Puradigm® products are completely nontoxic to humans, animals and plants and testing shows it does not create undesirable or harmful chemicals. Puradigm® has recently been awarded patents on their proactive air and surface purification technology as a result of the significant advancement in their PCO technology. Our technology effectively emits millions of ions as compared to the thousands by older technologies. Our technology requires only a small device to cover large areas. Back to work update! Dr Ruehl and her team at Main Street Dental have given a a lot of thought about the best ways to reduce aerosols in our office at this time. We were excited to be able to install Puradigm plasma air purifiers in the building. These air purifiers send out charged ions that neutralize bacteria, allergens and viruses on contact. We are passionate about a safe environment for our patients and our team and are ready to get back to seeing patients this week!
