We provide compassionate care when women need it most. Join us in supporting women & families in Mid-Missouri.

My Life Clinic provides cost-free services and practical support to women and families experiencing an unexpected or unsupported pregnancy. My Life Clinic is a nonprofit pregnancy resource center that provides free services and support to women facing unexpected pregnancies.

If you’ve had an abortion experience, you’re not alone. 1 in 4 women and men in the United States will have an abortion experience by the age of 45. This includes people from every background, faith, and walk of life—many who never expected it to be part of their story.

If abortion is a part of your story, we are here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll seek healing using SaveOne, a Bible study designed to help women recover after an abortion experience. Wherever you are on your healing journey, we are here for you.

Whether your abortion was last week or 50 years ago, you have a place in this group.

Group will meet at The Para Project every Wednesday morning from 7:30-8:30am starting March 4. Anyone with an abortion experience is welcome to join.

Since 1992, My Life Clinic has provided free services and support to women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Columbia and Mid-Missouri. Every interaction we have here is guided by our mission: inform, empower, and equip our clients to make life-affirming decisions about pregnancy, sexual-health, and relationships by meeting them with Christ-like compassion.

It’s our vision that Mid-Missouri would be a community that values life in all circumstances, and that, in turn, we would see women and families thrive. In 2025, we welcomed 181 new partners, while 493 long-term partners continued to give faithfully in support of this work! Each new partner is evidence of this vision becoming a reality across Mid-Missouri.

Since 1984, churches and life-affirming organizations have celebrated National Sanctity of Human Life Day on the third Sunday of January each year. On this day, we affirm that human life has inherent value that begins at its earliest stages and lasts a lifetime.

We seek to love women well and advocate for preborn lives because we know that God has knit them both together with purpose. As our passion for the sanctity of life deepens, it naturally flows into how we engage with others.

2025 was a record-breaking year for our ministry, and none of it happened by accident. We saw God move in ways that were both powerful and personal – opening doors (literally!), providing at just the right time, and working through each of YOU to fulfill this mission so abundantly.

Here's a look at our year:
256 Lives Saved - Babies Born in 2025
387 Hearts Changed from Abortion to Life - that's 87% of our pregnant clients!
639 Unique Women Met
2,493 Total Visits with Clients

Our community of partners (that's you!) has grown! This year we had:
674 individuals give to My Life Clinic in 2025
117 GEMS (Giving Every Month)
Over $1,230,000 given in total

Every number you read represents a unique life and every development made tells a story backed by prayer. We are praising Him for what He has done, grateful for the role each of you played, and expectant for what is ahead in 2026!

✨ Introducing Bump to Baby! ✨ Join us for our new free six-month parenting course, open to all parents who are expecting or have a child under 2. Class topics range from what to expect during labor and delivery to parenting routines and rhythms, helping parents prepare for all the stages from bump to baby!

Classes meet from 5:30–7:30pm on the second Monday of every month at The Para Project. Free dinner and childcare are provided for kids under 10.

We created Bump to Baby as a community resource open to anyone! Please help us spread the word by sharing this post with friends and family members who could benefit from this course. 💛
