Being grounded allows us reconnect our body to the earth. These poses can help us shift from a sympathetic state (“fight or flight”) to a parasympathetic state (“rest and digest”). They can also improve balance, stability, pain, inflammation and improve sleep. (and more!)
After the yoga side of things with Amber, Isabel of Rooted Permanent Jewelry will get the jewelry started! This will be one student at a time but the process is quick, we will have some refreshments out to enjoy while you are waiting for your turn:) We promise that you’ll walk out of class feeling extra special. Rooted will offer a wide selection of 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains to choose from. We can’t wait to get everyone Rooted in what they love!
