I want to be the type of woman who helps other women see that if I can do it , they can do it too ✨

So today officially makes one year of consuming products from the #1 nutrition company in the world ! I absolutely love what these products have done for me ! Not only for my body , but my mind as well . I’ve grown sooo much in one year ! I have NEVER been this consistent in my fitness journey ! My weight has always fluctuated because I would go hard in the gym , get comfortable & gain it back plus some !!! Prior to starting Herbalife , I had my doubts just like the next person ! But now I can say without a doubt that this is the #1 nutrition company ! I have never been a fan of protein shakes , but now I can’t go a day without my shakes ! I love how I’m able to get in over 24 vitamins and minerals in one shake ! I love drinking my tea in the morning & starting my day with positive vibes and energy . I love how I instantly reap the benefits of my tablets ! I am sooo happy I made the decision to start consuming these products a year ago . I have officially become my own body goals. I love waking up loving the skin I’m in ✨ it’s only up from here 💚
