why did I bother starting a PT business at age 24?

well for one, it was never part of my plan after school. I thought I was gonna work at some sports medicine place and I was good.

but after seeing how the traditional insurance based model works, I was quickly turned off by it and even thought about a career change

the main problem is that when you’re in a traditional insurance based system, you as patient will be with 3 other people at the same time. You won’t have your therapists undivided attention which leads to getting cookie cutter stuff, therapists not listening to you, and just counting down the hour until you leave

but with the cash based 1:1 model, you truly have quality care, your therapist can educate and hear you out, and you’ll have the same therapist every single time. It makes a huge difference

first thing i think of when I see these pics is man, thank God I went to curly hair 😂

but time flies man. lot of changes this past year with the biggest one being the transition to online rehab. I just wanna say thank you to all my clients who trusted me with your care this past year especially with our new platform. I love my legacy family ❤️

2024 plan: we will be returning to in person care in a new state this year

will share more info on this once we get our plans moving forward 🫶
