This troupe came together through our community classes, and what we have built together is something powerful. Each dancer brings her own energy, strength, and presence, and there is such a fearlessness in this group to rise to every challenge. There is a real connection between us, on and off the stage, and you can feel it in the way we move, support one another, and bring this work to life.

We’ll be performing alongside other incredible and supportive artists from Ohio on Saturday, April 25th at Axis for the Ecliptic Zodiac Show with !

Each act represents a different zodiac sign, and we are bringing Capricorn to the stage ♑️

By popular request from our community, we’re bringing back these three favorites for this month only 👀

Sultry Seat
All levels. We’ll use the chair as support, not just a prop, building sensual strength, control, and confidence through grounded, powerful movement.

Hip Hop Hype
All levels. Twerk, flip your hair, hit hard, and let it loose. Bold, sweaty, unapologetic hip hop energy.

💥 Wednesday, April 29 | 6:30–8:30 PM
Halftime Heat
All levels. High energy cheer dance with pom poms. Sharp, athletic, dynamic, and full of that halftime field energy.

Hip Hop Hype was so much fun 🔥

We danced to Pass That Dutch by Missy Elliott, and this one has been requested for a while, so it was really exciting to finally bring it to the dance floor.

This combo was fast paced, sharp, and full of popping and locking, and these ladies were absolutely up for the challenge 👏🏼

Hip hop is such a great workout, but it also has a way of bringing out the sass, the confidence, and that playful energy that makes it impossible not to have fun.

Feeling extra thankful for this community. I’m so grateful for the women who continue to show up to dance, build confidence, move their bodies, and be part of something supportive and empowering. This is such a special outlet, and I never take it for granted. ❤️

Our first class in our new space at was such a success ✨

Sultry Seat was everything I hoped for and more. It felt so good to be back leading these community classes again, and I’m so grateful for the amazing women who came out to move with me yesterday. We had SO much fun 🤍

Sultry Seat is an all levels chair dance class focused on slow, sensual movement while using the chair as support. This class is designed to help you explore confidence, musicality, and fluid movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you are brand new to dance or have experience, you will be guided through movement that feels empowering, expressive, and fun. Come ready to move, connect with your body, and try something a little outside your comfort zone.

Last night at was so rewarding! We loved watching the other performers just as much as we loved being on stage ourselves. We can’t say enough about how grateful we are to be part of this local performing arts community. The support and inclusivity here mean so much to us. Thank you, , for having us again. This was our second time performing at this venue, and it continues to feel like such a welcoming space. If you’re a performer, or even just someone with a talent you’ve been wanting to share, we highly encourage you to reach out to Summit Open Stage and get on that stage. Showing up is brave, and doing it in a space where you’ll be met with encouragement makes all the difference.

The came together through our TranscenDance community classes, and we’ve grown so much alongside one another. I feel honored and proud to share the stage with them and keep creating together.

We are so excited to take the stage alongside other incredible performing artists this coming Sunday, February 1. Doors open at 4:00 PM and the show begins at 4:30 PM. This is a donation-based event, so come out and support your local performing artists here in Columbus, Ohio.

TranscenDance will be performing two group numbers along with a few stunning soloists during our set. You are going to love the entire show and all of the talented artists performing.

is a new production in Columbus, and we had the honor of being part of it this October. We brought a Halloween-inspired theme to the stage and had so much fun designing and performing it. Feeling really proud of this group and the theatrical, high-energy experience we created together.

Check out these clips from Halloween show at ! Act one flowed into act two with an exciting, unhinged twist. Putting this production together was an amazing experience, and seeing the dancers bring it to life was something else. The lighting design really added to the atmosphere, and we’re grateful to the Technical Team at for the vibrant colors and fog added to our show.
