HEART COHERENCE TEACHING AND HEART-LED SOUND BATH
Heart coherence is when your heart, breath, and nervous system are working together in a calm, steady rhythm instead of a stressed, chaotic one. Your heart and brain are constantly communicating. When your heart rhythm becomes steady and coherent, it sends signals to the brain that help shift your body out of stress and into balance.
In this session, Tracey, a Certified HeartMath Practitioner will be teaching the science and practice of heart coherence, a simple but powerful technique that helps your body move from overwhelm to calm. Then we’ll transition into a 45-minute sound bath and guided heart coherence meditation, allowing your body to deeply experience this state of calm and harmony.
