Why We Have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy 🤍

At our spa, every appointment is reserved just for you. When you book a service, that time is blocked exclusively for your care, and another client is turned away so we can fully focus on you.

When an appointment is missed or canceled without proper notice—and no payment is made—it creates a real loss. That time cannot always be rebooked last minute, which means a missed opportunity for another client and lost income for our therapists who prepared and showed up for your session.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy helps us:
✨ Respect our providers’ time and livelihood
✨ Serve all clients fairly
✨ Keep our business running smoothly

We truly understand that life happens, and we’re always happy to help when given enough notice. We always try to call people on our cancellation list and if we fill the time we do not charge you. Thank you for valuing our time as much as we value caring for you 💆🏽‍♀️🧖💅🏽💖
