This donation based class is free to sign up for, so grab your spot today! Our teachers will show you a few different styles to play with as we move together. We’ll be keeping track of the rounds so we all stay in track but feel free to do as many as feels good to you!

.unrue is leading a special end of the year Yoga Nidra Sound Bath on Sunday, December 28 from 4:30-5:30p.

Join us for this cozy session, with a guided meditation and soothing sound bath from Cara’s crystal bowls! Bring any of your favorite restorative props and wear layers so you can be as comfortable as possible!

We have a couple special class offerings for you this holiday! 🎄

Join on 12/24 for Yoga + Weights at 10:30a, and on 12/25 for Yoga + Weights at 9:00a

All regular classes are canceled 12/24 & 12/25 so that our teachers can have time to celebrate as well! Our full class schedule will be back on Friday, 12/26!

Join on Sunday, December 21 at 4pm for a winter celebration honoring the full moon on the longest night of the year. With a gentle warm-up to start, you’ll move right in to paying homage to each of the full moons of the year. The movement will be paste to match the seasons as we move through throughout the year, beginning with the Wolf Moon in January and closing with the Cold Moon in December.

Sunset on the solstice is at 5 PM and so, our movement will end around then and will fully close with a guided Trataka Meditation candle gazing practice before settling in for the longest night.

Last year’s offering was a beautiful experience, and we hope you’re able to catch it this year with Mack! 😌❄️

Big & Little Yoga with is LOADS OF FUN!!! We can guarantee lots and lots of laughs and silliness in these hour long sessions!

Join us for our next session on Saturday, Dec 13 from 4-5p for some gentle breath work, exploring yoga poses in a fun and goofy way, and end with a big and expressive guided dance party!! 🤪

Make sure your young yogi buddy is at least 2 years or older, and come practice together!
