There’s a reason we tend to feel more balanced and steady after time in nature. Something in us tends to remember - through the body (not the mind) what it feels like to be held.
The roots simply extend and the tree is supported, whether it feels it or not.
I am supported, even when I don’t feel it.
That’s the reminder I keep coming back to in this unsteady world. Maybe you need it, too.
