As parents it can be triggering to hear our children crying and we want it to stop. But WE need to explore why we are feeling that way. In the moment when our children are crying, we need to validate and support their emotions.

Registered Behavior technicians (RBT) are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Graduate
• minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred ;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
