EVERYONE- bring an extra towel or any kind of exercise band that can act as a yoga strap to class today....the more resistance the better!!

Hey everyone, unfortunately it is supposed to start raining at 5:00 so today's class is going to be cancelled.

It looks like tomorrow, Thursday May, 28th may be our only shot at class this week since its gonna rain again on Friday.

So YEA or NAY - class tomorrow for this week (weather permitting) instead of Friday?
