Even as a massage therapist, I understand the struggle of making time for self care and being able to fit it into busy schedules of everyday life. Having to sometimes choose between what’s priority and what can wait.
Massage is more than just physical touch or manipulation of muscle tissues, it’s therapeutic for the body as well as mental health. Make time for self care whenever possible.

Treatment Details:
🕯️Session begins with mindful breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and prepare the body for relaxation
🕯️Throughout treatment, you will be massaged with warm aromatic oils using Effleurage massage movements to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance
🕯️Followed through with hot stones and steady pressure encouraging the body to soften and center
🕯️Focus areas are neck, shoulders, back, and scalp
🕯️Candles, hot towels, warm eye masks, plush blankets, and heated tables for comfort and relaxation
🕯️Session concluded with organic tea or fruit infused water to restore hydration

Hand massage is not only relaxing but increases blood flow, calms the nervous system, lowers stress hormones and encourages the release of Oxytocin, which is a brain chemical that improves mood, reduces stress and anxiety. Also, there are trigger points on hands when massaged will relieve headaches and migraines.
Overall it’s just relaxing!
