PDHC is hiring for the following position:
* Community Health Advocate - The Community Health Advocate’s role is to improve health outcomes of women during pregnancy and infants early in their development to reduce pregnancy complications, infant mortality rates, and maternal mortality rates. The Community Health Advocate is a support to increase clients’ usage of preventative care, enhance provider-patient communication, and provide a link between clients and their health and social services resources.
* Center Coordinator - The Center Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Client Services, Lead Center Coordinator, Medical Manager, Nurses, Volunteer Coordinator, Center Volunteers, and other key staff members to provide consistent, quality client care. The Center Coordinator is responsible for providing direct client care, volunteer training, scheduling for assigned center as applicable, and ensuring proper center supply and function.
* Marketing Manager - The Marketing Manager role is to increase awareness and inform the community about PDHC’s free services to ultimately reach and serve more people, and to save lives. The Marketing Manager collaborates with the President, CFO, partner organizations and key PDHC staff members to build and maintain PDHC’s brand and set and achieve client outreach project goals. The Marketing Manager is responsible for setting the vision for PDHC’s community outreach marketing efforts.
