PDHC is hiring for the following positions:
* Center Coordinator - The Center Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Client Services, Lead Center Coordinator, Medical Manager, Nurses, Volunteer Coordinator, Center Volunteers, and other key staff members to provide consistent, quality client care. The Center Coordinator is responsible for providing direct client care, volunteer training, scheduling for assigned center as applicable, and ensuring proper center supply and function.
*Community Outreach Coordinator - The PDHC Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Development in all aspects of donor growth and development as needed with an emphasis on establishing new connections while developing ongoing relationships with Central Ohio area churches.
* Community Health Advocate - The Community Health Advocate’s role is to improve health outcomes of women during pregnancy and infants early in their development to reduce pregnancy complications, infant mortality rates, and maternal mortality rates. The Community Health Advocate is a support to increase clients’ usage of preventative care, enhance provider-patient communication, and provide a link between clients and their health and social services resources.
*Family Empowerment Center Coordinator - The Family Empowerment Center Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Client Services, Family Empowerment Center Manager, Nurses, Volunteer Coordinator and other key staff members to provide consistent, quality client care. The FEC Coordinator is responsible for providing direct client care, volunteer support, and ensuring proper center supply and function, and oversee online lesson support for clients.
