Update on my Cancer journey:
Metastatic Melanoma stage 4

I had a CT done 2 weeks ago that showed even more metasasis. Tumors all over my body, lungs are covered, liver, and new ones in my breast. So I was immediately sent for a mammogram and a head MRI. Mammogram then ultrasound both confirmed I have some questionable spots so this week I will be having 2 spots on my breast biopsied. Waiting on dr to call tomorrow about results for Head MRI.

The new Chemotherapy Meds I am on have made me feel bad sick and tired. My body hurts and aches. However we are noticing a decrease in tumors on the skin. The large tumors that sat on my sciatic nerve causing pain and numbness to my right leg and foot has been getting some relief. I believe these meds are working!

Update from jess:: Please continue to pray and send good vibes! I have started new medication. The cancer has spread and is a feisty one. Hopeful for the new meds to shrink the tumors.

Little update:

This Friday Jess will be getting her immunotherapy, followed by routine bloodwork and then off to radiation oncology. They are wanting to do radiation on the back of her right knee where tumors and lymph nodes have grown so large it is messing with her nerves and causing extreme pain. Currently she is unable to have feeling in her right foot and the side of her right leg. This has caused her to have a challenge walking. They also referred her to pain management to get her pain under control until the treatments shrink her tumors. Please be in prayer as she fights this physical and mental battle. She has been faithful trusting God to send her healing and bring her peace. If you would like to support in any way or reach out to her, message me.

Some words from jess💜 :: Having cancer sucks, it can get really debilitating some days. I have learned alot, I am learning alot. I have more Faith than ever, I love greater than ever and more than anything I realized the important things in life. I have minimized alot in my life of stuff and people who drain me. I found more peace and joy! I learned
ITs not about what I don’t have or money or all the fancy things. Its about cherishing the time around those who love you and who you love. Its saying whats on your heart so nothing ever gets left unsaid! Its listening to the wild life and taking in all the things God has made beautiful.
