Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am Monday, April 6th at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Visitation is on Monday morning from 9:30 am until service time at the church. Interment is in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on May 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Visitation will be held on May 1, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with at 7:00 p.m. vigil service, all at McKown Funeral Home. Interment will take place in All Saints Cemetery.

It is with a profound sense of loss and gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the peaceful passing of George A. Reed, of Columbus, who left this world on March 25, 2026, at the age of 86. George transitioned gracefully from this life in the comforting surroundings of his home, leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and cherished memories.

A celebration of George's life will be held on Monday, March 30th from 5-7 pm, at McKown Funeral Home, where family and friends will gather to honor the remarkable man he was. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 31st, at 10:30 am, at McKown Funeral Home. The interment is in the Roselawn Cemetery with military honors by The American Legion Hartman Post #84 Honor Guard.
