Grief Care Session – Grief During the Holidays

Join us for “Grief During the Holidays,” a supportive session that explores why grief can feel heavier this time of year. Learn helpful ways to navigate holiday traditions, manage emotional triggers, and care for yourself or a loved one during a season that can be both tender and overwhelming.
