One thing I appreciate about going plant based…
Is we don’t have to buy milk as often… 🤣
4/27 & 4/28 on cows milk (utter spray from female doped up estrogen 🐄 lol) 5/28 on Silk Next Milk (new low price at Kroger!!). 6/6 on the coconut milk. 5/11 on the cashew. 6/16 on the almond!!

The only item that’s not vegan in these photos is the actual chicken itself!! Super easy one pan meals?! Even the Panda Express Teriyaki Sauce is vegan?! Find it in a bottle at your local grocery store?!

Yumm garlic roasted smashed potatoes & onions.
Then roasted veggies with teriyaki chicken for the family!!

Health update! Currently on day 17, this happened day 15.

Over the weekend… I had an opportunity to help with a BBQ food truck. My eldest son assisted and he threw me together a to go container of goodies before we left… After medicine… the munchies hit and I decided to eat what was in the box… (Mac & cheese, non vegan baked beans, nachos with cheese sauce, brisket & bbq pork…)

I’d sadly like to share that after 14 days of a plant based diet… I felt so sick within 1 hour of eating that said box of food!!! Within 30 min the itchiness set in. Around hour 3 the gas built up in my stomach. Hour 4 the stabbing intestinal pain was tough to bear!! The next morning… let’s just say it was XL, hard and painful… learned my lesson… I think I’ll avoid meat & dairy for a while now… was by no means worth the side effects… ouch!

BJ’s warehouse has the coolest pre packed food!! These were $7 something & include 3 substantial servings of potatoes, rosemary and garlic that cooks in 6 minutes in its own bag!! Heat, shake, enjoy!!
