Cold weather can be harsh on older adults, so a few small precautions can make a big difference:

🔥 Keep the home cozy — around 68–70°F is safest for seniors.
🚰 Drink plenty of fluids (yes, even when it’s cold — hydration still matters!).

💗☔ A Little Rain Couldn’t Stop the Pink! ☔💗

Yesterday may have been rainy and cold, but inside the 1st Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Tea Party — hosted by the amazing Conchetta from Oak Street Health — the warmth and energy were overflowing! 🌸🎀

The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful — everything perfectly pink, from the décor to the heartfelt details. The food was delicious, the speakers were truly inspiring, and the entire event was filled with love, support, and a sense of community. 💕

CAREvity was truly honored to attend and be part of such a meaningful day dedicated to strength, hope, and awareness. Thank you, Conchetta, for creating such a fabulous and uplifting event! 🌷
