🌿 Position Highlights:
✅ Manage your own panel (up to 500 patients)
✅ Start with 50–75 established patients
✅ Full autonomy over clinic days and time off
✅ Minimal after-hours volume, but availability required
✅ Vacation coverage arranged collaboratively
✅ Office manager supports scheduling, recruiting & logistics
