✨ 3 Years of Social Nutrition! ✨

Today marks 3 years since I opened the doors to my brick-and-mortar business, Social Nutrition — and I am truly grateful.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me from the very beginning until now, and welcome to everyone who has walked through these doors along the way. I appreciate you more than you know.

Even on the days when I have to take a break, I sometimes think, “Oh my goodness, what if people don’t come back?” — and every time, you all show up again. That means EVERYTHING to me. 💚

As you all know, I do this mostly by myself, so sometimes I have to pause and take care of myself. I never want to overdo it. But please know, I truly love serving you all with my whole heart.

Seeing your faces, hearing your stories, and being part of this community brings me so much joy. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and growing with me.
