It's here!!! PADDLE SEASON!

Unwind your mind and body as you paddle your way to serenity this Sunday morning.

Come launch to connect with the tranquil waters, feel the gentle sun on your skin, and the rhythm of the paddle in your hands.

Paddleboarding is the perfect summer escape and is a low-inpact, full-body workout that is fun and accessible for all fitness levels!

This session includes SUP 101 to introduce you to paddling basics, and then the time is yours. Use your open paddle time to rest, explore, and/or challenge your balance with water fitness skills to help guide your way to more confidence!

No experience necessary. More than exercise, paddleboarding is a gateway to adventure! Level up this summer!
