When asked to take on an extra task, Caitlin doesn’t hesitate — she rises to the occasion. Most recently, she expanded her skillset by adding PDT treatments to the services their pod provides, helping enhance patient care and access.

Patients consistently rave about her warm bedside manner and the inclusive, thoughtful care she brings to every visit. Her dedication to going above and beyond truly makes a difference each and every day.

Dr. Cash’s commitment to excellence is grounded in a strong academic foundation. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Biology from LaGrange College, followed by his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine.

This achievement reflects Dr. Cash’s dedication to advanced training and delivering the highest standard of dermatologic care to our patients.

Meet Mandy Wreford!

Our ASC Coordinator & Surgical Tech, and a true behind-the-scenes hero at Lane Dermatology.

Mandy has been caring for our patients for 18 years, commuting daily from Manchester and bringing a calm, gentle presence to every interaction. Her dedication to patient comfort, safety, and seamless care is felt everywhere—from the surgery center to the hospital, where she assists Dr. Josh with every case.

She also manages all medical supplies ordering for Lane Dermatology, helping keep our practice running smoothly so our patients always receive the best care possible.
