Buckeye Clinic’s IOP with Supportive Housing offers a safe and structured program designed to support long-term recovery. Women in our program stay 6 months to 1 year, with stability, community, and the tools to rebuild.

5 group sessions weekly + 1-on-1 counseling

Regular visits with our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) & Medication Management
