🕠Class will be held Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm.

📞Call or stop by the clinic to sign up.

*The class involves changing positions from laying to standing and getting up and down from the floor. Some positions can be modified using the wall, blocks, or pillows.

*We have yoga mats available to use, or you can bring your own.

🤕Back pain, however, is not good to have. Unfortunately, many people are affected by it.
Back pain can have various causes, including injury, muscle spaspms, arthritis, and stenosis, among other things.
Sometimes surgical treatment is necessary, but it can also sometimes be avoided. Physical therapy can help stretch and strengthen muscles, improve posture, and teach safe lifting and exercise techniques.
