“It has been such a blessing to participate in this program. My child is getting the extra support he desperately needs, and I have peace of mind knowing he’s not falling behind in school. He continues to make progress toward his IEP goals, and I’m so grateful.”

Learning Aid Ohio connects families with grant-funded, one-on-one tutoring for students with IEPs. Families can choose from our pool of approved tutors or invite someone they trust to apply.

Spring Semester: January 10 – May 8

I really appreciated Taylor having me come with her,” said Jasmin, one of several Franklin County DD service coordinators who went as allies to self-advocates. “There were so many wonderful and valuable connections.” Congrats to all our awesome leaders!

It’s been a minute, but we’re back with a Service Coordination Department YBC winner for November! (YBC stands for You’ve Been Caught…committing acts of kindness.)

Congrats to Matthew, whose colleagues want to say how much they appreciate his kindness, attention and willingness to give a little more of his time. From bringing in a fan to cool a too-hot meeting room to checking the oil level in a co-worker’s car, Matthew reminds us how good it is to work with good people.

Thanks, Matthew, for always lending a hand!
