🎙️ New Episode of our Better Together Podcast!

In Part 2 of our Honoring the Past, Rebuilding the Future series, we sit down with Hutch Shumaker —a well-known community member, longtime volunteer, donor, and legacy board member who has been connected to Our Hospice for more than four decades.

Hutch shares how a simple flyer and a $100 check led him into one of the very first volunteer classes, beginning years of meaningful work alongside patients and their loved ones. He reflects on memorable home visits, early traditions like Christmas caroling, and the beginnings of the Hospice Concert that many in our community know and love today.
