📢 2026–2028 Ohio Chiropractic License Renewal Opened January 30!

The renewal portal opened January 30, 2026, and all licenses expire March 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Renewal notices will be emailed to the address you have on file.

Key Reminders:

• CE must be completed April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2026
• Chiropractic only: 36 hours (34 chiro + 2 Board mandated)
• Chiropractic & Acupuncture: 36 hours (22 chiro + 12 acupuncture + 2 Board mandated)
• Board mandated topics include:
o Boundaries/Trauma Informed Care
o Human Trafficking Awareness
o Laws & Rules
• Don’t send CE proof unless audited
• Fees are non refundable; Visa/MasterCard only
• Need CE? OSCA offers many on demand and upcoming in-person events to help you finish those hours needed.

New Licensees (licensed on or after April 1, 2024):
You’re exempt from CE this cycle, but you must still submit the renewal application and $500 fee.

This is ACA’s highest honor, recognizing exceptional leadership, service, and impact on behalf of the chiropractic profession. Dr. Farabaugh has long been a national voice for advancing chiropractic integration through evidence-based research. His most recent work — a highly anticipated systematic review comparing the cost of chiropractic care and medical care for spine-related musculoskeletal pain — is already shaping conversations about value, access, and the future of MSK care.

OSCA is on Capitol Hill as part of ACA Engage 2026 advocating for Ohio’s chiropractic physicians and the patients we serve.

We kicked off meetings in Washington, DC with Rep. David Taylor and his staff to discuss H.R. 539 and S. 106 — the Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act.

Throughout the week, OSCA members will meet with or deliver materials to all 15 Ohio representatives and both U.S. Senators, reinforcing the value of chiropractic care for Medicare beneficiaries.
