I am huge fan of lower liner that emphasizes the outer 1/3 to 1/2 on the lash line. Here’s why:

Lining the full lash line can enclose the eye more, giving the appreance of smaller eyes. This is especially true for hooded eyes, downturned eyes, small or deep set eyes and Mature eyes.
By accenting just the outer edge, we can still have a lower liner while creating a more lifted look, openness, and balance - enhancing the shape without weighing the eye down. It's one of the simplest, most effective tricks for making eyes look bigger, fresher, and more lifted. ❤️
