We had the privilege of learning from Corporal Cole Britt - Marine Corps Veteran, current police detective, and instructor specializing in active shooter response, bomb prevention, tactical medical, and crisis response.

This risk mitigation & threat management training was designed specifically for small businesses, helping us better prepare for situations like criminal activity, severe weather, fire, bomb threats, and other critical incidents, while strengthening coordination with emergency services.

Our team also worked through interactive group scenarios, building out our own response and mitigation plans, making the experience both practical and engaging.

The hardest part of any recovery journey is the beginning.

When Shed first started, even the exercises felt difficult. He questioned whether things could truly improve after looking at his x-rays.

But he kept showing up.
He kept putting in the work.
He kept following the plan.

Overtime, the effort added up. Strength improved. Movement returned. And activities he once thought were behind him became possible again.

Results often come down to one simple decision: stay committed long enough to let the process work.

Here’s what he had to say:
“Upon coming to Flexx, I was having severe pain in my lower back. When I started rehab, it was painful to do some of the stretches. But after a few weeks of rehab, the pain went away in my back.
