ROW ONE is making a difference every day in our community. Our mobile intervention program drives over 50,000 miles each year, safely transporting more than 11,000 individuals to shelters, treatment centers, and mental health services.

We meet people where they are and connect them to the safety and care they need. Every ride is an opportunity to offer dignity, support, and hope.

If you or someone you know needs a warm place to stay:
- Homeless Hotline: 614.274.7000 (Call for shelter availability)
- Daytime Warming Centers: Jordan's Crossing, The Open Shelter, and Columbus Relief
- 24/7 Warming Centers: Third Shift Warming/Cooling Center, Community Development for All People, and Our Brothers Keeper
- Transportation: Plan a bus route to these centers at ride.cota.com.

ROW ONE is more than transportation. It's a lifeline. Our mobile intervention program provides safe transport and connects individuals experiencing intoxication, often while homeless, to treatment resources and a place of safety.

In 2024, ROW ONE transported more than 11,000 individuals to shelter and care. Every ride is a chance for connection, dignity, and hope.
