Have you been thinking about trying or getting back into yoga? Every week Wellspring has a new person or two check us out. Some of them have done yoga before, and some are brand new to it! The beautiful thing about our studio is that ALL are welcome! And, we have a variety of classes from which to choose.
Looking for deep stretching and some peace and calm? Try Tuesday night's Yin & Yoga Nidra (guided meditation).
Seeking the time and space to find how the poses really feel in YOUR body? Align at noon on Wednesdays with Katie would be perfect!
Want to give a flow class a try? Lots of options here -- Krista's Thursday night class or Susan's Monday night class would be a great place to start! Plus, there is a flow class at 8 a.m. on Saturday mornings, where the instructors rotate throughout the month. Susan also has flow classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6 a.m. Yes, there are plenty of people who do yoga before heading off to work! We even have some folks who bring their work clothes to change into and head straight to work from yoga!
ALL classes are appropriate for all experience levels. Your first class is free! The two-week $20 Introductory Unlimited Yoga pass is a perfect way to see which classes feel like the best fit for you!
