Exciting news Wellspring community! Somatic Solutions (second Sundays 4-5pm) will now be offered as a regular Wellspring class. You may use your 10 class packages, memberships, and $15 drop in passes to attend! November and December lessons will focus on the breath.

Also, remember this Sunday is our 4th Sunday Aroma Yin 4-5:15pm with Susan, a member favorite!

The chakras integrate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body into a unified map to awaken and empower. Join our Chakra Adventure, where you can learn more and start to embody this wisdom within. Starting in November, each month Susan's weekly Flow and monthly Aroma Yin classes will be themed around a different Chakra, working up from the Root to the Crown. We will also have a free Book Club, meeting once per month discussing Cristi Christensen's book, Chakra Rituals. (You can get your book now and start reading -- we'll discuss the first two introductory chapters on Monday, Oct. 27th from 7:15 - 8:00, after Susan's 6 p.m. Flow.) Make plans to join us on this awakening journey!
