๐ŸŒŸ Asiya's Journey to Joy: A Chiropractic Transformation Story ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿ‘ง Meet Asiya: Our 3-year-old girl who was battling anxiety, struggling to relax, and facing challenges like eczema and sleep issues.

๐Ÿšจ High Alert: Constantly on edge due to her body's high tension, we were always wary of triggers that could set off tantrums.

๐ŸŒฑ Progress Takes Time: It wasn't instant, but around 4-6 weeks into chiropractic care with Dr. Randy, we started noticing improvements.

โœจ Transformation: Thanks to regular chiropractic sessions, Asiya's tantrums have significantly reduced. She can regulate her emotions better, respond to situations calmly, and sleep more soundly.

๐ŸŒฟ Bye-Bye Eczema: While lotions helped, chiropractic adjustments made the biggest difference in managing Asiya's eczema and eliminating her "nervous itch."

๐Ÿ‘‚ Heightened Awareness: Asiya is now more aware of her surroundings, leading to increased caution and improved vocabulary.

๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธ Peaceful Family: With Asiya more relaxed and content, our family has found greater peace and harmony.

๐Ÿ”„ Maintaining Wellness: Regular weekly visits to Dr. Randy keep Asiya functioning at her best, and she eagerly looks forward to her sessions.

๐Ÿ”œ Future Ready: Asiya often asks when she can see Dr. Randy next, understanding how chiropractic care helps her feel her best.

Has your child been struggling, but you were told โ€œtheyโ€™ll grow out of itโ€? Did your mom-gut tell you that something might not be quite right?? โŒ
At inThrive Chiropractic, we get sad when we hear the words โ€œtheyโ€™ll grow out of itโ€ because neurology tells us otherwise. Colic and reflux donโ€™t just disappear โ€” they instead turn INTO tantrums, ๐Ÿ˜ซ ear infections, behavior issues, motor delays,๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ ADHD, and anxiety ๐Ÿ˜–โ€ฆ
We want to tell you something you may have suspected all along..........Itโ€™s all connected! ๐Ÿ”Œ
Just like there was a progression ๐Ÿ“‰ or sequence in which the challenges showed up, there is also a progression ๐Ÿ“‰ or sequence to help their nervous system out of it too! ๐Ÿ”ข
It all started from neurological ๐Ÿง  stress during pregnancy, birth trauma, or shortly after. This is why, at inThrive Chiropractic, we start by assessing The Nervous System FIRST.
Dr. Randy, a Neurologically-Focused Pediatric Chiropractors assess ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž and how ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐œ๐ก stress is overloading ๐Ÿ“š your childโ€™s nervous system so that we can encourage the body to start healing.
For more information on how pediatric chiropractic can help, visit the link ๐Ÿ”— to sign up for our upcoming

Perfect Storm Workshop with special guest, Dr. Randy Wurts on Tuesday, April 23!

Learn why all of these struggles are connected and what you can do about it! You can also DM us and see what the next steps are to help your child!

PS. Please act quickly, space is limited to the first 10 people who
sign up.

This article from Harvardโ€™s Center for Developing Child really hits home with what I do as a pediatric chiropractor focused on neurology.

Imagine this: early and frequent stress can throw a curveball into your child's development, making it tough for them to make friends, stay healthy, and handle everyday challenges without meltdowns.

Factors like your emotional stress during pregnancy, the stress your child experiences during birth, and issues like colic or delayed milestones can mess with your child's brain function and even change how their brain talks to their body. This can set them up for a lifetime of struggles.

Let me paint a clearer picture: stress, especially when it's constant or intense, can rewire your child's brain for a stressful life. This can show up physically as poor movement, tummy troubles, a weak immune system, or hyperactivity. These are all signs that something might be off in their nervous system, which is where I come in.

My job is not just to spot these issues but also to come up with a plan to fix them, easing the stress on their nervous system.

Take a moment to check out the article. And if you want to dive deeper, I'd love for you to join me at The Perfect Storm Workshop, where we'll explore stress from before birth and beyond. You'll find the link in the comments below.

Early experiences affect the development of brain architecture, which provides the foundation for all future learning, behavior, and health.

Babies are way more susceptible to stress than ever before. EVEN before they are born, they are subjected to stress.

It occurs sooner in life, is more severe, and has more long-lasting effects. Stress comes in many forms that can be categorized in 3 different ways: emotional, toxic, or physical stress.

Although the medical diagnosis changes through the years, the cause is still the sameโ€ฆ.stress that stays stuck in the nervous system impacts the function of the nervous system. A baby is subjected to emotional stress in the womb when the mother is subjected to excessive stress or even separated at birth when they need to go to the NICU. Necessary โ€“ Yes! Lasting effects -Yes.

Examples of toxic stress are drugs or medications during pregnancy, and additives to foods. Just ask a parent whose child has been diagnosed with ADHD what happens when they give their child candy with dyes in them. Then there is physical stressโ€ฆโ€ฆ.

THE MOST COMMON AND SERVERE is intervention during birth such as lifting the baby by the head during a C-section or using a device to pull the babyโ€™s head. Then there is a lack of head movement as a baby. NO movement = brain not developing accordingly.

All stress is perceived by the brain in the same way! More importantly. It will stick in the brain as well. Join Dr. Randy with inThrive Chiropractic in this very enlightening video to understand how stress shows up in children through each developing stage of life. He will also provide a natural, drug-free solution that addresses these health challenges.

Things have changed so much now for teens compared to even 10 years ago. Social media, sports, friend groups, and managing time are just some of lifeโ€™s stresses that are more intense now than when I was growing up.

It can be so overwhelming that this stress sticks in the nervous system and shows through the body as symptoms. Simply put, their bodies are not designed to handle the ongoing stress.

This is a wonderful article that explains how chronic stress affects the nervous systems of our teens. It will discuss the common problems that manifest such as:

1. Sleep, Gut, and Immune Health Challenges
2. Physical Pain, Posture, Headaches
3. Irritability, Agitation, and Big Mood Swings
4. Mental and Emotional Dysregulation
5. Poor Lifestyle Choices + Eating Habits

Please have a peek and as always, contact us if you have any questions about your child and how neurologically focused chiropractic care at inThrive may help.

PS. You may want to look at our events page as Dr. Randy will be hosting a Perfect Storm Workshop on Tuesday, April 23. It is a great way to ask questions and meet Dr. Randy as well.

Today, more than ever, our teens and young adults are experiencing burnout and exhaustion as well, and struggling with their mental, emotional, and even physical health as a result. Learn about the root causes and how the PX Docs network can help.

๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ™ Easter: Celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒŸ

As Easter approaches, our hearts turn to the central figure of this holiday: Jesus Christ. Easter is a time of profound significance for Christians around the world, as we commemorate the resurrection of Jesus, the ultimate symbol of hope, redemption, and love.

The story of Easter is a story of triumph over adversity, of light breaking through the darkness. It is a reminder of Jesus' sacrifice and the incredible love that led Him to lay down His life for us. Through His resurrection, Jesus showed us that there is life beyond death, and that love conquers all.

As we come together to celebrate Easter, let us reflect on the profound message of this season. Let us be inspired by Jesus' example of selflessness, compassion, and forgiveness. And let us carry His message of love and hope into the world, shining brightly in even the darkest of places.

May this Easter be a time of renewal and rejoicing, as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus and the promise of new life that it brings. Wishing you all a blessed and joyous Easter, filled with the love and grace of our Lord. ๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒŸ

Hello Parents,

Heidi felt like her luck had run out after seeing numerous doctors and passing out twice from lack of sleep. She and her husband were desperate for answers and someone who could put the pieces of the puzzle together for her. Her baby girl was struggling...... only 30 minutes of sleep at a time, reflux galore, researching day and night, and was told that wait it out......

"We felt like we were failing as parents."

After just two appointments, my daughter slept her first 4-hour stretch. That might not seem like a lot, but I felt like a whole different person after that. Her sleep also started getting progressively better. Then, we noticed that her spit-up reduced tremendously, and so did her hiccups(which were caused by her reflux). She stopped crying and was such a happy baby in general. We saw a huge difference in her
mobility too. She started being much more active and curious.

"This has been the best decision I have made as a parent and I have never been happier."

These are the highlights of what Heidi had to say about her experience at inThrive Chiropractic with Dr. Randy Wurts helping her.

๐Ÿ’ผ Convenient Scheduling: "They worked with my hectic work schedule and were able to squeeze me in at times and even work with me if Iโ€™m running a little late."

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Special Care for Kids: "Their interaction with my daughter is incomparable. My daughter and I always walk out of the office smiling."

๐Ÿง  Educational Approach: "Dr. Randy also explained to us how chiropractic care can help with all her issues. It all made sense when he explained that the nervous system controls the whole body and thatโ€™s what he focuses on."

โฐ No Regrets: "If I have one regret, itโ€™s not going to see Dr. Randy sooner. I plan if I have more kids, to take them to Dr. Randy as soon as itโ€™s allowed."

๐Ÿ‘ Encouragement to Try: "I would tell anyone out there to at least try it. We tried everything with my daughter and nothing worked until we saw Dr. Randy. If it worked for my daughter, I am confident it can work for anyone else."
