10 days down..
The purpose of starting 2 miles and 100 pushups a day was really simple:
I wanted to show you that not only can you get great exercise in each day with absolutely no equipment, but you can actually get results too
If you aren’t exercising regularly, it’s because you don’t want to, not because you don’t know how to. Start getting real with yourself.

How do you keep up with the energy?
How do you not lose them when they run away at the store and you can run faster than them?
How do you keep an eye on them at the park?
If you see them in danger from 100 feet away, what do you do if you can get there fast enough?.

Maddox is 4 and he ran his personal best 15:24 mile today.
You don’t know the amount of messages I got telling me he shouldn’t be doing that at his age.. best part, not a single one of these messages came from someone who runs, or works with kids in fitness.
The show goes on 🙌🏽🙌🏽 day 8 done ✅

The reason I started this challenge was to see if I could set a small goal and then be really be consistent even when it gets “boring”
The only goal I set is to show up the next day. Not 6 months, not a year, just show up the next day and take it a day at a time.
What I found over the first week is if I don’t plan and schedule out the time for this, it won’t happen.
I have a wife, kids, full time job, side hustles, and more..
so if this isn’t scheduled.. you can guarantee that something will come up and get in the way.

We are living in a world that is full of information, but lacking actual APPLICATION.
The first person to start, is the first person to fail, and the first person to fail is the first to refine and course correct..
You don’t need the perfect gym.
You don’t need perfect weather.
You don’t need to know the perfect workout plan
You don’t need a detailed meal plan.
You need to start whatever is in your mind, now.
Every successful person I’ve met and worked with is a master of one thing.. Starting fast, roll with what works, and fix what doesn’t.
