We meet on Sunday evenings to help quell that anticipatory edginess that rises because the work week is about to begin.

Join me as I facilitate support for your stress response organs.

Awake/Aware begins this Tuesday (8/26) evening at 7:30pm Eastern.

This online experience is an invitation to pause and let yourself be guided and supported.

The result being a sense of calm, connection to self, and regulation.

Each meeting lasts 45 minutes, at a time in your evening that is perfect for settling into a restful pause before bed.

Regularly throughout the year, I offer Awake/Aware.

It's an online class with recordings available afterwards.

What is Awake/Aware?

It's 45 minutes of guided practice based on Transforming Touch.

You get weekly online support for your body through directed attention and awareness of the systems that process stress and overwhelm.

Bringing that awareness to these systems allows them to recalibrate and reset, allowing you to find a new experience of the present moment.

That is the beginning of nervous system reset.

Do it enough and your body decides it's ok to stay there. And things start to get easier...maybe your sleep, maybe digestion, maybe the gnarliness you feel towards other people and daily life experiences. Things just feel easier. What a gift that would be to yourself and life in general.

NEXT SESSION BEGINS August 26 and runs to September 23.
