Our “Sweetheart Social” was a loving way to share photos of our sweethearts. Whether it was a photo of a spouse, family member, best friend or furry pal, residents shared lots of laughs, smiles and even a few tears as they talked about what made their special someone dear to them. Music has the ability to engage us through every life transition and it’s a pretty amazing thing when we get to experience that first hand! Pictured here (in aqua) is Sylvia, flautist and musician extraordinaire having been a part of numerous Columbus-based performance groups throughout her lifetime. Sylvia takes great pride in playing music for her fellow residents with her flute trio. Sylvia comes from a long family line of musical talent—both of her parents and her brother were all accomplished musicians too and her father was her band director.

On President’s Day, we reflect on the values that unite us — service, perseverance, integrity, and community. These are the same values we cherish every day at Sinceri Senior Living.
