π¦π¨ Thankful Hearts & Creative Hands at Little Miracles EDC! π¨π¦
Today our little artists had so much fun creating their very own turkey crafts using watercolors, construction paper feathers, and lots of imagination! These moments arenβt just adorable β they are powerful learning experiences for our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Why these activities matter:
π Watercolors help children express themselves in a gentle, sensory-friendly way. The soft strokes, color mixing, and free-flow creativity allow little ones to explore emotions, curiosity, and early artistic expression.
πͺ£ Sensory buckets and tactile materials give children the chance to explore textures, sounds, and movement. Sensory play supports language development, problem-solving, curiosity, and emotional regulation. It helps children feel grounded, engaged, and confident as they learn through touch and exploration.
And with Thanksgiving approaching, these crafts give our children a beautiful way to celebrate the season β learning about gratitude, family, and the joy of creating something special with their own hands.
We are so thankful for our students, families, and teachers who make Little Miracles EDC a place filled with love, learning, and memories that last. π§‘
