Healing isn't linear, be gentle with your process.

Some days you’ll feel light, grounded, proud of how far you’ve come. Other days, old feelings resurface out of nowhere and it can feel like you’re “back at the beginning.” You’re not. Those moments don’t erase your progress; they reveal what still needs tenderness, not judgment.

Growth often looks like spirals, not straight lines. You revisit the same wounds, but each time with more awareness, stronger boundaries, and a softer inner voice. What once overwhelmed you might now only sting. What once broke you, you can now sit with. That is healing.
