When people ask what acupuncture is good for the list goes on and on. We can help by encouraging the body to tap into its own wisdom to rebalance itself. The wisdom is there but sometimes we need reminded.

Acupuncture is the reminder.
Coming in and being quiet with yourself for a while is the reminder. Being witnessed and cared for is the reminder.

Cupping is one of the many ways we can get Qi + blood moving through the tissue. We want free flow because when we’re flowing we feel GOOD.

Stagnation can cause pain and a whole bunch of other imbalances (the list is too long for one post). Another thing we love about cupping is it helps the wandering mind come back to the body and to sensation.

You can come in for cupping only or add it on to your acupuncture treatment.✨

One week between photos.

Patient came in with a burn on the cheek. We did a Surround the Dragon protocol and advised topicals at home of pure aloe and hyaluronic acid. Burns get dry and peel so keeping the skin hydrated while healing assists the process💧

Acupuncture can be a tool for pulling heat and encouraging collagen to lay down new tissue in the healing arc.

I’m so happy to see how quickly the body responded✨

This is proof that sometimes the solution can be quick and easy like some acupuncture and targeted topicals. I love this medicine!
