Floating is multi-dimensional💧— it’s an experience that meets you on three core levels with physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.

You will hear us say again and again that floating is a practice, not a one time fix. Once feels good, but it’s in the consistency that the benefits expand and multiply. Those who float regularly will tell you that it is a practice that has changed their lives for the better — in their heath, relationships, and almost every aspect of a happy existence.

Every time you step into the salty expanse of a float, you’re carrying something different. Each float session is entirely unique based on what you bring into it and how it meets you.

It’s an experience that is hard to define, because it is undefinable. And we like it that way. Surrender to the stillness and mystery of a float to find more of yourself.

This is the Cycle of Transformation ☯️ — a living map aligned with natures seasonal shifts and our lived, transcendent experiences.

It’s a way of understanding where you are, what your higher self may be seeking, and how to work with the natural rhythms of life and universal energy that is here to support you… because we are all co-creators of our reality.

We present you with this cycle as a new way of exploring the values, culture, sacred agreements, and experiences that can be found at .and.float. Our hope is to deepen the intention and meaning of what we do every day, facilitate conversations, and ultimately serve our community on their healing journeys and individual paths.

Each month we will focus on a phase within the cycle, to give language to what the collective is already feeling beneath the surface.

Naturally, we are beginning the cycle in alignment with the Astrological New Year and Spring Equinox and will be exploring this phase of [ R E B I R T H ].

In a season of r e b i r t h , we are called to shed our
d i s t o r t i o n s and be renewed in our true essence. What remains is sacred.

This month, our prayer for you is that you no longer fear the end of what is known, which is necessary to create space for the u n k n o w n. May you see this season of contraction as preparation.

May you r e m e m b e r that you are not outside the cycle; you are the cycle, living itself.
