Hear what Mary Phillips, LIMHP has to share……

Hello! I'm Mary Phillips, an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping individuals manage and overcome depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I have practiced in Columbus for 23 years, with the majority of these at Colegrove Counseling Center, LLC. It has been a source of joy and fulfillment assisting people in our community find greater life enjoyment and happier, deeper relationships.

Change is one constant in life and our world, and with changes at Colegrove Counseling Center LLC, I am excited to share with you that I now have my own independent practice, Innovations Counseling LLC, in Columbus. Same location, same quality counseling, and the same passion for working with clients on healing trauma, managing life when grieving, and finding greater peace and enjoyment of their lives.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, mindfulness techniques, EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, and hypnotherapy to facilitate processing of beliefs, traumatic memories, and situations that trigger anxiety and to replace these with empowering, healing beliefs, attitudes and practices that help create and maintain an ability to build a life that includes greater peace, enjoyment, and satisfaction.
